Río Lua is a wine that finds its balance through a mixture of strains that give it a unique character. Thus, it is made up of a base of traditional and solid Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives it structure and support. The Cabernet franc, for its part, reinforces the structure in the mouth with deep notes of ripe black fruits. The Merlot gives softness and prolongs its finish and the Syrah contributes with floral notes; finally, the Garnacha delivers what is different, the freshness and acidity necessary for a long life in the bottle.
All the grapes come from the Cabildo area, watered with clean and pure water from a deep well. Each vine is cared for with detail and family affection.
On the other hand, the area has a climate that is warm enough to achieve a complete and exquisite maturity and at the same time maintain the freshness, fruit and acidity that give the nervous fiber and long life to this elegant mixture.

Process
All the grapes are harvested by hand very early in the morning, in boxes of 15 kilos and then fermented in small stainless steel tanks, in the family winery.
Once the fermentation process is finished, each component, independently, is kept in barrels for 12 to 14 months, 50% of them being first-use and mostly French.
The mixture and proportion of varieties is decided each year, each harvest, by tasting with the oenologist and the whole family, which finally makes the wine an exclusive product and, most importantly, created with care and dedication.

Lomas de Centinela Sauvignon Blanc is born from a long family history in the Casablanca Valley. A few kilometers from the sea, in one of the coldest areas of Casablanca, is the Fundo Centinela, a place where we grew up surrounded by vines and which today gives life to this wine.

Ensenada Brut Nature represents the story of The Five Sisters, our tradition, our family and our home. A sparkling wine from the family grapes of the Casablanca Valley, seeks to represent us through its aroma of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple, as well as soft notes of white orange flowers.
Made with the traditional or champenoise method, on the palate it is delicate, persistent, with a long finish and very fresh. A sparkling wine that definitely reflects the unique and typical characteristics of Casablanca.

Katru Rosé is a sweet wine, filling in the mouth, but at the same time with a balanced acidity, with a long and persistent finish. On the nose it is characterized by its fruitiness, with notes of white flowers, citrus, white peach, apricot and ripe strawberries.
Variety: 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 14% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc, 6% Grenache, 3% Petit Verdot. 5% bleeding.
