The proposal, ideal for the summer, is a mixture of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Petit Verdot.
Direct from the Cabildo area – Aconcagua Valley – the Cinco Hermanas Vineyard presents its new wine, Katru, which seeks to balance flavors with a sweet touch, an attractive color and a fresh wine.
To make this wine they used grapes from the area, which, according to what they tell us, are watered with deep well water from the same sector. The grapes were harvested very early in the morning.
Its elaboration
Small boxes of 15 kilos received each bunch, which then went to stainless steel tanks where the wine fermented, transforming the grapes into Katru.
““Katru” 2020 is the first rosé from the Las Cinco Hermanas vineyard. It is originated with the bleeding method, the product of short cold macerations of the grapes. It was fermented in used French and American oak barrels. It was whipped daily to give it fat in the mouth and enhance the rich complexity of its components.
